  • BUILD - Use an option strategy to hold development tracts and enact capital call for close of acquisition and development financing
  • MANAGE - Partner with top performing asset managers to manage communities to create a safe, vibrant living environment for residents complete with top-notch activities and attractions
  • EXIT - Sell refinance after huge value creation through the site selection, entitlement, development, leading, and managing stabilized communities
  • REPEAT
